Before launching my clinical private practice, I worked at New York University’s on-campus mental health center, the Wellness Exchange, where I had the privilege of supporting undergraduate and graduate students through a wide range of challenges. My work there gave me direct insight into the unique pressures and transitions that come with college life—academic stress, anxiety, depression, identity development, dating & relationship struggles, and navigating independence for the first time. I also have specialized experience in supporting students coping with alcohol and substance misuse, as well as sexual assault and trauma recovery.

Whether you're adjusting to life away from home, managing the demands of school, navigating your identity, or processing past experiences, therapy can offer a space to feel supported and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that students thrive when they feel empowered, connected, and safe to explore what’s coming up for them.
