Deeper Roots Therapy provides individual and group therapy for clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, sensory sensitivity and nervous system dysregulation impacting their ability to be present and whole in their lives.

We are centered in values of trauma-informed care, anti-racism, inclusivity, non-judgment and compassion. Everyone is welcome here.

We are able to accept most BCBS and Aetna plans, including the North Carolina State Health Plan. Our rates vary depending on the clinician and we offer reduced rates with our interns. Take a look at the bios on our website and contact us for more information.
